How do I place an order?
Choose the products you want, add them to your cart, and complete payment by following the instructions.
Can I modify or cancel an order after I've placed it?
Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped, you can request to cancel it or change the shipping address.
Contact us as soon as possible via the contact form at the bottom of this page or by email at info@kanekalonjumbohairshop.com, indicating your order number.
Do I need to create an account to purchase?
No, you can also purchase as a guest.

What are the shipping costs?
Italy: €5.99
Free shipping for orders over €49.90.
European Union: €10.99
Free shipping for orders over €80.
What are the delivery times?
Italy: 1–4 business days, Monday to Friday.
European Union: 2–7 business days, Monday to Friday.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
We do our best to prepare them within 24 hours of receipt, excluding Sundays.
Which countries do you ship to?

How can I track my package?
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.
🔄 Returns and Refunds
How many days do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
How do I initiate a return request?
Write to info@kanekalonjumbohairshop.com indicating:

item or items you wish to return.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After receiving and verifying the return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Can I exchange an item for another?
No, we do not offer direct exchanges.
However, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order and then place a new separate order for the desired items.
Who bears the return shipping costs?
Except in cases where KJHS has made an error in sending the goods, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
The cost of return shipping may vary depending on the service chosen by the buyer for handling the return.
Are initial shipping costs refunded?
No.
The initial shipping costs incurred for sending the order are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error attributable to KJHS.
In the case of a return requested for reasons not dependent on our error, only the value of the returned goods will be refunded, net of:

non-refundable initial shipping costs;

any return shipping costs, if applicable.
If the return is due to a shipping error by KJHS, we will evaluate the refund, including shipping costs, directly with the customer.

What type of fiber are your extensions?
We offer multiple types of synthetic extensions.
Each product comes with a detailed description, specific features, usage tips, and useful indications to choose the most suitable fiber.
Can I use heat on the fibers?
It depends on the type of fiber:

some fibers are low temperature and are worked with hot water setting, typically up to 90–95°C;

others are heat resistant up to approximately 200°C.
Always check the product description before use.
How to maintain synthetic extensions or dreads?
We recommend washing them gently, following the instructions suitable for the fiber type, and storing them in a dry place.
Are the fibers ready to use?
Yes, but you can customize and work them according to your needs and the technique you wish to achieve.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Are payments secure?
Yes, we use certified payment systems to ensure secure transactions.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Currently, we do not offer cash on delivery.
