Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before shipment.

To request an order cancellation or an address change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kanekalonjumbohairshop.com and include your order number.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. In that case, you may request a return according to our Return and Refund Policy.
