Returns and Refund Policy – Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop
Returns within 14 days
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

in the same condition in which you received it;
-
unused, unaltered and undamaged;
-
complete with any original tags, accessories and original packaging, where present.
A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Items sent back without a return request having been communicated in advance may not be handled correctly.

Return shipping costs
Unless the return is due to an error attributable to Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
The return shipping cost may vary depending on the courier and shipping method chosen by the customer.
If the return is due, for example, to:

an incorrect item sent by KJHS;
-
a damaged or defective product;
-
goods that do not match what was ordered;
we will assess the case directly with the customer and manage the related costs accordingly.
Original shipping costs
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the refund will also include any standard delivery costs paid for the order, within the limits provided by the applicable law.
Any additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method different from, and more expensive than, the standard delivery option offered will not be refunded.
Refundable amount
If the return is approved, the refund will include:

the value of the returned goods;
-
the original standard shipping cost, where required under the applicable law.
The following remain the customer’s responsibility:

the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error attributable to KJHS;
-
any additional costs related to delivery methods more expensive than standard shipping.
Damages, defects or issues with your order
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if you receive:

a defective item;
-
a damaged item;
-
an incorrect item;
-
goods that do not correspond to what was ordered.
In these cases, we will assess the situation promptly and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by the applicable law.
By way of example, the following may not be returnable:

made-to-order or clearly personalized products;
-
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery;

gift cards.

Exchanges and replacements
Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like to receive a different item, the quickest option is to:

request a return for the item received, where the applicable conditions are met;

place a separate new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will inform you of the outcome of your request.
If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund will be processed without undue delay and, in any case, within the time limits required by the applicable law.
Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop may withhold the refund until:

the returned goods have been received; or
-
the customer has provided proof that the return shipment has been made,
whichever occurs first.
The actual time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the bank, payment network or card issuer.
