Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped, along with its tracking number.

  • Shipping cost: €5.99 for orders under €49.90

  • Free shipping: for orders over €49.90

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days

European Union

  • Shipping cost: €10.99

  • Free shipping: for orders over €80

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days

United Kingdom

We ship to the United Kingdom exclusively for orders of £135 or more.

We currently ship to:

  • Italy

  • European Union Countries

  • United Kingdom, only for orders of £135 or more

San Marino and Vatican City are considered national territories. Therefore, the same rates and times as for Italy apply.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
