2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products available on the Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop website and apply to all orders placed through the website.
Before completing a purchase, the customer is also required to review:

- any other policies or notices referred to on the website
3. PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, the customer must:
1. select the desired products;
2. add them to the cart;
3. enter the required shipping and billing information, where applicable;
4. select an available payment method;
5. confirm the order.
Once payment has been completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.
Receipt of the confirmation email does not exclude the possibility that the order may subsequently be cancelled in the event of:
- one or more products becoming unavailable;
- obvious pricing or description errors;
- technical problems or irregularities during the purchasing process;
- inability to process the order correctly.
In such cases, Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop will contact the customer and, where necessary, refund any amounts already paid.

Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes.
We make every effort to represent colours, textures, dimensions and details accurately; however, slight differences may occur due, for example, to photography, screen settings or the characteristics of the materials.
Each product is described on its respective product page. Customers are required to carefully read the information provided before purchasing, including any instructions for use, compatibility information and technical characteristics.
All products are subject to availability.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€), unless otherwise indicated, and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs, any discounts and the final order total are displayed before the purchase is confirmed.
The payment methods available at checkout are accepted.
Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
In the event of an obvious error in the price of a product or the total order amount, Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop may cancel the purchase, notify the customer and refund any amounts already paid.
6. SHIPPING
Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop ships to:
- Italy
- European Union countries
- United Kingdom, exclusively for orders of £135 or more
San Marino and Vatican City are treated as domestic territories and are subject to the same shipping conditions as Italy.
Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, estimated processing and delivery times and the complete list of countries served are provided in the Shipping Policy and on the Where We Ship page.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances not directly attributable to Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop, including:
- courier delays;
- periods of high demand;
- public holidays;
- strikes;
- exceptional weather conditions;
- customs checks or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
A change to the shipping address or cancellation of an order may only be requested if the order has not yet been shipped.
The request must be sent as soon as possible to:

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason, within the limits and under the conditions established by applicable law.
To initiate a return request, the customer must contact:

and provide:
- the order number;
- the item or items they wish to return.
Returned products must be:
- intact;
- not used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning;
- complete with any accessories, labels and original packaging, where applicable.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error attributable to Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop or unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases excluded by law, including, by way of example:
- goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery, where the legal requirements for such an exclusion are met.
9. EXCHANGES
Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop does not offer direct product exchanges.
If the customer wishes to replace an item with another, they may:
1. request a return of the item received, provided that the applicable conditions are met;
2. subsequently place a new separate order.
10. REFUNDS
Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, the refund will be handled in accordance with the time limits and procedures established by applicable law.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or until the customer has provided evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
Initial shipping costs are not refundable in the cases and within the limits provided by law and by the Refund Policy published on the website.
11. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for under applicable law.
For new goods, the legal guarantee lasts for two years from delivery and protects the consumer in the event of conformity defects existing at the time of delivery and becoming apparent within the time limits provided by law.
In the event of a defective product, a product that does not conform to its description or a product damaged for reasons not attributable to the customer, Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop will assess the request and provide the assistance required under applicable law.
12. LIABILITY AND CORRECT USE OF PRODUCTS

- treatments or processing methods that are incompatible with the type of fibre or material purchased;
- improper storage of products;
- actions carried out by the customer or third parties in an inappropriate manner.
Any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
13. COMMUNICATIONS
Communications relating to orders will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during the purchasing process.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct and that the indicated email account is accessible.
14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable legislation.
For disputes involving customers qualifying as consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction rules established by applicable law will apply, including, where applicable, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.
For disputes involving customers acting as professionals, businesses or other non-consumer entities, the Court of Ferrara shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
15. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Kanekalon Jumbo Hair Shop reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will take effect from the date they are published on the website and will not apply retroactively to orders already concluded, unless otherwise required by law.
